The Old Operating Theatre and Herb Garret, 9a St Thomas Street, London SE1. The Old Operating Theatre is the original operating theatre of St Thomas's Hospital, where surgical operations were carried out in the 19th century, in frount of an audience and without anaesthetic.

The Herb Garret displays the herbs and surgical instruments that were in use at the same time the Old Operating Theatre was in use.
