The Big Bus Company runs busses, many of them open topped, on three fixed routes:

The Red Route covers the central part of London and takes a little over an hour to complete one circuit.

The Blue Route covers about 95% of the Red Route but extends outwards to the west and north west and takes about two hours to complete one circuit.

The Green (Link) Route extends both Red and Blue Routes from Aldwych and Strand northwards to Woburn Place, Russell Square and the British Museum.
